There are following situations may arise which may cause the action of return/replacement of product: Product(s) delivered to you do not match your order & delivered products with a damage.

Please note that the amount is refunded only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item sent.
- If the package received is tampered with and in a bad shape.
- Due to some discrepancy in the pricing catalogue, you have been charged a higher price than mentioned.
