Shipping Policy

We at Garden Genie know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. To make sure that our customers are served well and on time, we have employed one of the best courier services that endeavours to make all deliveries happen quickly and correctly.

  • We ship all over India.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. ‘if out, leave with neighbour’ or ’round back of house’ etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid for by the customer.
  • All our prepaid & COD orders are shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation. 
  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 4-7 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Free shipping is available on order above Rs 799.

Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please send us a written request (email shall suffice) on gardengenieindia@gmail.com within 1 day of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be entertained. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.

 

Faulty / Damaged Goods:

We believe that any item purchased, should be of top quality and fit for its intended purpose. This is why we are committed to supplying only the best quality gardening products to our customers. However, the customer’s rights, in case of a faulty product, depending on the nature of the fault and on the time period for which the customer has had the goods. We assure you that if any problem arises, we aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. We are always striving to make sure that all the information available on gardengenie.in at any given time is completely accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free. We make no representations about the suitability of a particular purpose of any of the products available on this website.
